Tom Monaghan Wins Temporary Relief from HHS Mandate

A federal judge in Michigan has issued a temporary restraining order that means the Domino Farms company will not have to comply with some provisions of Obamacare such as mandated contraceptive coverage that would have taken effect Jan. 1, 2013. "Abiding by the mandate will substantially burden his exercise of religion," Judge Lawrence Zatkoff said.
