Beckner Jewelry & Repair was one of the earliest shops to open in Ave Maria. Renee Beckner, co-owner with her husband Alan, says they are expanding their lines to include far more fashion and fun jewelry to meet the purchasing tastes of the community. “You’ve got to change with the market,” she says, while adding that the jewelry store will still include more upscale pieces, including bridal jewelry.
The Beckners plan to reopen their store on Wednesday, Jan. 2.
