Ave Maria is about 20 miles northeast of Naples. From I-75, take the exit for Immokalee Rd. and go east for about 10 miles to Oil Well Rd. Turn right on Oil Well Rd. and after about 10 miles, turn left onto Ave Maria Blvd. Go here for detailed directions from anywhere.
