AMU Renews Court Challenge to Obamacare Mandate

Ave Maria University President Jim Towey announced Thursday that the school will again file a lawsuit against the mandates in the Affordable Care Act that require insurance to cover contraception, sterilization and other procedures that violate the teachings of the Catholic Church.
