AMSCD Approves Bonds for Maple Ridge Infrastructure

The Ave Maria Stewardship Community District has approved a $2.37-million bond offering that will finance part of infrastructure costs for the next phase of development for Maple Ridge. The offering is expected early in the New Year.

Longtime Ave Maria resident Stephen Dowell has died after a long illness. A funeral Mass will be held in the Ave Maria Oratory at 1:30 p.m. Friday, Dec. 5.

Road Closures Announced for Celebration of Lights

Annunciation Circle will be closed Friday, Dec. 5, from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. and roads leading to it will be closed from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. for the event's parade.

AMSCD to Consider Bond Offering for Maple Ridge

A $2.37-million bond offering that will add about $430 a year in costs for homeowners in the next phase of Maple Ridge will be considered by the Ave Maria Stewardship Commuity District at its Dec. 2 meeting.
