The Celebration of Lights drew another large crowd from throughout southwest Florida to the Ave Maria town center Friday night.
A zip line along the side of the oratory was a new feature of this year's festivities.
Elementary school students from the Donahue Academy opened the celebration with a performance on the oratory steps.

Actors from the Ave Children's Theater production of The Littlest Angel, which will be performed Sunday, Dec. 14, gave a preview of the original production.
