The Donahue Academy Shamrocks fell to league powerhouse Clearwater Christian 68-36 Friday night at North Park in Ave Maria in a battle of undefeated teams. Donahue, now 9-1 on the season, will host Academy at the Lakes Friday, Nov. 13, at North Park to open the playoffs.

The Martial Arts Fitness Academy of Ave Maria is offering a wide range of programs promoting self-defense, fitness and family fun. The Active Shooter Defense practicum being offered this Thursday night is of heightened interest to many following the ZombiCon shooting in Ft. Myers on Oct. 17 says owner Jason Gabauer.
