Home Sales in Ave Maria Already Exceed 2014 Total

Ave Maria Development has announced that 233 new homes were sold in the first nine months of 2015, a number that surpasses the total number of new home sales in all of 2014. Ave Maria has three different home builders – CC Homes, Del Webb and Pulte – building in four different neighborhoods – Maple Ridge, Del Webb, Emerson Park and Hampton Village.

The Donahue Academy Shamrocks soundly defeated Oasis of Cape Coral 50-14 Friday night to remain undefeated at 6-0 this season.

The Ave Herald is resuming a more normal publication schedule, and we appreciated hearing from everyone who got in touch. One of the reasons for our "hiatus" was the marriage of our son, Daniel – who graduated from AMU in 2011 as part of the first class to attend all four years on the new campus – to Amy Wilson.
First Phase of Long-Awaited Tennis Center Opens

Dozens of tennis enthusiasts turned out Saturday for the official opening of the first phase of the Ave Maria Tennis Center, adjacent to the water park north of the town center. Above, Daniel Dix and Danielle DiFlorio cut the ribbon officially opening the new courts.
