Local Knights of Columbus Help Immokalee Food Bank

A $1,000 donation from the Ave Maria Council of the Knights of Columbus enabled Guadalupe Social Services in Immokalee to purchase a new refrigerator for their food bank. Pictured, Ed Sweeney and Don Imbus presenting the check to Tricia Yeggy.

Success! Work Will Start Soon on Ave Maria Parish Center

 A fundraising campaign to build a parish center in Ave Maria has reached its goal of $250,000 and work will begin soon on the space that will be next to the parish office behind the oratory, Father Cory Mayer said Monday. Right, the location of the parish center at the corner of Annunciation Circle and Pope John Paul II Blvd.
