Planning Commission Appproves Changes to Ave Maria Land Use

The Collier County Planning Commission unanimously approved a package of land-use changes in Ave Maria Thursday after developers agreed to modify their original proposals to address many concerns of town residents. The proposals now will go before the Board of County Commissioners Oct. 14.
