Collier Deputies Cleared of Misconduct in Incident Outside the Pub

The Professional Responsibility Bureau of the Collier County Sheriff's Office has cleared seven deputies of all misconduct charges that were filed by an AMU student following a rowdy incident outside The Pub of Ave Maria in late September.

Ave Maria Law School to Purchase Vineyards Campus as Permanent Home

 The Ave Maria School of Law has announced it will purchase its campus in the Vineyards area of North Naples, abandoning the original plan to locate on the same campus as Ave Maria University.

RIP Fr. Walter Bratus

 Fr. Walter Bratus, a retired priest who spent much of his time in Ave Maria during the last seven years and had many friends in town, died Monday at age 85.
