Opera Naples Seeks Singers for Chorus

Ever wanted to sing with an opera company?
Opera Naples is auditioning for chorus members for Verdi's Requiem Mass, which will be performed at Ave Maria, in the Golisano Field House, Sunday, March 27, at 2:30 p.m., and at Moorings Presbyterian Church in Naples March 31 and April 2.
No opera experience is needed, but anyone auditioning should have good vocal range and be able to read music.
Robin Shuford Frank, the Opera Naples Chorus Manager, says that singers will rehears twice a week in Naples, but if there were 10 people interested from Ave Maria, she would hold rehearsals in the town. Interested singers should get in touch with her at

The production of Verdi's Requiem Mass involves more than 120 performers, including an orchestra and soloists from Opera Marseille, the San Francisco Opera and the Gilmmerglass Opera.
