Fall AMU Convocation Will Feature Author Anne Hendershott

Catholic sociologist and author Anne Hendershott will give the featured address at the Ave Maria University fall academic convocation Friday, Sept. 3, at 4:30 p.m. in the student union ballroom.
Ms. Hendershott is the author of several books, the most recent being Status Envy: The Politics of Catholic Higher Education, which examines how the Catholic identity has been steadily disappearing from U.S. Catholic colleges and universities.
She currently is Professor of Urban Affairs at The King's College in New York City and previously has taught at the University of California at San Diego.
