The Oprah Winfrey Show that featured the Dominican Sisters of Mary, Mother of the Eucharist -- some of whom teach in Ave Maria -- will be shown again next week. In Ave Maria, the program will be broadcast Monday, Aug. 16, at 4 p.m. on Channel 5 and Tuesday, Aug. 17, at 9 a.m. on Channel 6.
The sisters' appearance on Oprah originally aired in February. Click here for Ave Herald story on the original broadcast. A few weeks after the program aired, Sr. Teresa Benedicta related how at the end of the broadcast, the nuns presented Oprah with rosary beads and taught her to pray The Rosary.
