Publix Hiring for Part-Time Positions

The minimum age requirement for the part-time positions ranges from 14 to 18, and a description of the jobs with the age requirements can be found here on the Publix website.
Applications must be submitted at the job application center located in the Publix store in the Pebblebrooke Plaza, at Immokalee Rd. and Collier Blvd. Many Ave Maria residents already have applied and been interviewed, according to Publix spokesperson Shannon Patten.
Part-time employees at Publix are eligible for benefits such as health and dental insurance if they work the requisite number of hours, Ms. Patten said. "And part-time jobs can also lead to other career opportunities at Publix."
"It's a great place to work," she said. "Publix has been on the Fortune Magazine list of the 100 best places to work for 12 consecutive years, which is as long as Fortune has been publishing such a list."
