Ave Maria 8th Grader Wins 1st Place in Regional Science Fair

Paul Dinan, an eigth-grader homeschooled in Ave Maria, took home a first-place ribbon Saturday at the Collier Regional Science and Engineering Fair.
He competed in the regionals after his project, "Color Matters," was judged best at the Ave Maria Science Fair in December.
Paul is pictured at right. Below are the participants in the Ave Maria science fair along with fair co-ordinator Dr. Mary Jo Klein and judges Dr. Patrick Kelly, Thomas Hardy and Carlos Vas.
