The John R. Wood real estate company has given special recognition to three realtors in its Ave Maria office for sales in 2013.
Bob and Erin Campbell (right), who opened what still is the town's only independent real estate office two years ago, were honored as part of a team that received the company's Emerald Circle Small Team award, given to agents who have closed between $10 million to $20 million dollars of sales volume for 2013, said Doreen Thomas, a managing broker at John R. Wood.
Carole Carpenter (below left) was awarded an Honorable Mention for The Rising Star award, which Ms. Thomas said is given to an agent who, in their first year in the real estate business, closed the most volume for a new agent in the company.
Mr. Campbell said 2013 was his most successful yet since he started selling real estate in Ave Maria in 2008.
