Chicago Fire Soccer Team Returns to Ave Maria Jan. 26

The Chicago Fire Major League Soccer club is returning for a spring training session in Ave Maria for the fourth consecutive year.
The Fire's first team is scheduled to arrive Sunday, Jan. 26, and will be in town for about a week before continuing training in Bradenton, FL, and then in Arizona.
Before departing Ave Maria, the Fire will play an exhibition game against Florida Gulf Coast University Sunday, Feb. 2, at 11 a.m. at North Park. (right, action from a game against FGCU in January, 2013)
Daily training sessions are open to the public, and a full schedule will be available on The Ave Herald before the team's arrival.
