Ave Maria University President Jim Towey hailed as "great news" the decision announced today that the U.S. Supreme Court will hear cases involving the Obamacare mandate that employer-provided insurance must cover free birth control. AMU and dozens of other for-profit and non-profit organizations have challenged the mandate in court. "I am confident that our cause has been a just one – and I predict a near-unanimous decision in our favor," Mr. Towey said in a statement.
