A major Florida homebuilder is planning to begin construction soon of a significant new subdivision within the town of Ave Maria.
Named "Maple Ridge," the new neighborhood built by CC Devco will start with 150 homes just south of the Ave Maria town center, in what was originally planned to be part of Pulte's Hampton Village neighborhood.
Initial information indicates there will be nine different models ranging from three to five bedrooms ranging in size from 1,923 square feet to 4,025 square feet and priced between $194,990 and $303,990. Work is expected to begin within a month on a model park that will be located just south of the town center along Avila Ave.
The new developers, CC Devco, have built one of Florida's most successful large developments in the last several years, the 500-acre Monterra-Cooper City project in Broward County. CC Devco's parent, the Codina-Carr company, also has built some homes in the Grey Oaks development in Naples that was developed by the Barron Collier Cos.
Cee Cee Marinelli of Barron Collier said that more details including floorplans and drawing of the homes will be made available within a few days.
The site plan is below. Ave Maria Blvd. is to the left, with Avila Avenue at the top. It shows Milano St. being extended from Hampton Village around to Publix and Roma St. extending from the town center to Milano St. A PDF version of the sitemap can be downloaded here.
