The Ave Maria Stewardship Community District board meets at 9 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 4, in the community room of the Ave Maria Master Association offices in the town center.
The agenda includes presentation, for the third time, of maps showing the amount of "urban area" in the town that will, if approved, determine the number of seats that would be directly elected by residents. The latest version of the map shows urban area to be about 16.8 percent, meaning one seat would be directly elected.
The other major agenda item involves approval of details of bond offering memoranda that will finance development of new phases of Maple Ridge as well as construction of an extension of Anthem Parkway as well as some other infrastructure expenses.

The AMSCD is a special purpose board that is responsible primarily for infrasture in Ave Maria including major roads, retention ponds, stormwater management and irrigation. Meetings are scheduled for the first Tuesday of every month and are open to the public.
