Thdon61ae Donahue Academy Shamrocks have finished the sixman football season undefeated, winning their last regular-season game 40-18 of Westwood Christian in a game played in Miami Friday. They'll play the first playoff game in the team's three-year history Nov. 11, at home at North Park in Ave Maria, against Northside Christian Academy of Jacksonville.

"I'm really proud of the guys, and this is a great tribute to the seniors," said Coach Rich Scanlon after the game. "They'll always remember this and no one will ever be able to take that undefeated season away." (Right, Cale Schneider goes up for a pass reception)

The Shamrocks' win was all the more impressive as the first-team offense played only one and a-half series, Coach Scanlon said.

"We'll find out how good we really are in the playoffs," Coach Scanlon said. "There are some really good teams."
