Ave Maria University founder Tom Monaghan, who built pizza delivery into worldwide franchise, is starting a new business in Naples that will deliver "gourmet hamburgers," reports the Naples Daily News. The prototype store is expected to open on US 41 north of 5th Ave. in a few months and Mr. Monaghan said all profits from the venture, which will be called Gyrene Hamburger, will go to Ave Maria University.
