Both AMU Teams Advance to Finals of USCAA Basketball Tournament

A last-second basket by Kiel Lewis gave the Ave Maria University men's basketball team a 49-47 win over Spalding and sent the Gyrene's to the finals of the United States Collegiate Athletic Association championship game against Southern Virginia Saturday night. Earlier Friday, the women's team put away Spalding 58-52 and will play for the championship at 4 p.m. Saturday.
