Chris Spina, a Bonita Springs realtor, is enrolled full-time at Ave Maria University and lost 80 pounds as he trained before tryouts for the men's basketball team. He did not make the team, but told the Naples Daily News it's been a great experience. Now, "I've got to focus on my studies," he said.
