"My objective is to acquaint citizens to the threats and conditions a hurricane presents, provide an understanding on the decision-making operations, evacuation decisions, and recovery operations, and to provide information on how to better protect yourselves and your family," Mr. Frazier said.

The presentation will also provide some background on hurricanes in eastern Collier County, and tell residents what government can and can't do in an emergency.
