The Twins are undefeated in the champioinship round and for their entire Golden Gate American Little League Minor B season.

The Ave Maria boys faced the tournament's other undeeated team, the Warriors, Saturday in a gritty contest that the Twins won 1-0. Pitcher Andrew Graham almost went the entire distance of the three-inning game, reaching the league's 50-pitch limit after two and two-thirds innings. Benedict Leung relieved and struck out the only batter he faced. The two pitchers have not given up a single run in the tournament thus far.

Head Coach Joe Burke also commended catcher Pat Logue for his strong performance.

The Twins can take the tournament with a win in their next game, scheduled for Wednesday night at 5:30 p.m. in Max Hasse Park. Since it is a double-elimination tournament, the Twins will have another chance at the title even if they lose Wednesday.
