Family Fun in the Town Center

Music, games and a festive atmosphere drew dozens of families to the Ave Maria town center Friday for Family Fun Friday, an event that will be put on the last Friday of every month.

Kids cavorted on the lawn behind the oratory, led in games and activities by Carol DiFlorio while her husband, Tom, played a variety of music. Across the street, at the Queen Mary Pub and Grille, a number of adults were also taking advantage of a happy hour as part of the event.

Family Fun Friday is open to everyone. The next one will be Friday, Oct. 26, from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
