The budget for the fiscal year beginning this fall will be presented for preliminary review Tuesday, May 1, at the monthly meeting of the Ave Maria Stewardship Community District board.
The budget is essentially flat, and keeps the assessments on homeowners at the same level they have been at for the last several years. The budget is not up for final approval Tuesday, but a date will be set for a public hearing, normally held in August, to review the final budget proposal.
Also on the agenda is a presentation on the Collier County Mosquito Control Program as well as an update on the refinancing of some of the district's bonds.
Meetings of the AMSCD begin at 9 a.m. in the offices of the Ave Maria Master Association and are open to the public. The agenda is below.
