Students are arriving at Ave Maria University for the fall semester, which opens Monday with a Mass celebrated by Diocese of Venice Bishop Frank Dewane. (Above, many students gathered for a social event and bonfire Friday evening.)

The incoming freshman class includes students from 37 states and 18 foreign countries.
