 hael Novak and for each of the six stanzas\, an image of one the paintings
  of his late wife Karen Laub-Novak that were inspired by the poem will be

DESCRIPTION:<p>FREE PUBLIC LECTURE: Monsignor Andrew Wadsworth</p>\n<p>One 
 of the fruits of Vatican Council II has been the introduction of the verna
 cular languages into the Mass. The International Commission on English in 
 the Liturgy (ICEL) has been at the forefront all along in rendering the Ro
 man Missal into English. More recently\, the revision of this translation 
 was seen through to its completion by Monsignor Andrew R. Wadsworth\, an E
 nglish priest\, when he was appointed Executive Director of ICEL.</p>\n<p>
 Co-sponsored by the Department of Theology\, the Department of Music\, and
  the Office of the Academic Dean\, Monsignor Wadsworth will be presenting 
 a public lecture at Ave Maria University on Thursday\, February 14th\, at 
 7:00 p.m.\, in the Demetree Auditorium of the Henkels Academic Building. H
 is lecture topic will be: 'Making the most of the Missal - Challenges and 
 opportunities in the implementation of the new English translation of the 
 Roman Missal'. Music Professor Susan Treacy writes: 'Monsignor Wadsworth i

  Propers will be sung by the AMU Women's Schola Gregoriana.</p>\n<p style=
 'font-size: 12px\;'>Saturday's events include Workshops in singing Gregori
 an Chant in English\, incorporating Gregorian Chant into parish life\, ins
 truction for Priests and Deacons in Chanting the Mass in the New English T
 ranslation\, Church documents & sacred music in the 20th and 21st Century\
 ; and a choice of participating in scholae for experienced and beginner si
 ngers.</p>\n<p style='font-size: 12px\;'>The closing Mass Saturday evening
  will be a sung Mass in English in the Ordinary Form with music provided b
