 Olympics since 1904 and it is a part of the United States of American Trac
 k and Field Championship (USATF) Schedule from Junior Olympics to National
  Masters Championships\, it is contested as part of the National Intercoll
 egiate Athletic Association (NAIA) for collegiate athletes\, as well as th
 e Senior Olympics (athletes 50 and over).  This seminar will assist those 
 that would like to move from fitness walking to race walking to improve th
 eir fitness as well as for those that have been race walking and would lik
 e to improve their technique and training.  This seminar will also help an
 yone that is looking to improve their aerobic fitness by starting up a wal
