DESCRIPTION:<p>The Ave Maria Stewardship Community District board meets at 
 9 a.m. Tuesday\, Oct. 4\, in the community room of the Ave Maria Master As
 sociation offices in the town center.<br /><br />The agenda includes prese
 ntation\, for the third time\, of maps showing the amount of 'urban area' 
 in the town that will\, if approved\, determine the number of seats that w
 ould be directly elected by residents. The latest version of the map shows
  urban area to be about 16.8 percent\, meaning one seat would be directly 
 elected.<br /><br />The other major agenda item involves approval of detai
 ls of bond offering memoranda that will finance development of new phases 
 of Maple Ridge as well as construction of an extension of Anthem Parkway a
 s well as some other infrastructure expenses.<br /><br /><span style='font
