  Ave Maria town center Saturday\, Jan. 28\, just following another event i
 n town\, Great American Saturday.<br /><br />The steak cookoff\, as in pre
 vious years\, will have grill teams competing to serve the best steak in F
 lorida. This is the largest such event east of the Mississippi. This year\
 , it is being organized by the Ave Maria Quasi-Parish and proceeds will be
 nefit local charities.<br /><br />Tickets for the steak cookoff are $20 an
 d include a 16-ounch ribeye steak\, salad\, potato and water. Steaks are s
 erved around 5 p.m. and there will be music during the afternoon. More inf
