AMU students and faculty, and town residents, are invited to a reading of the six stanzas of T.S. Eliot's poem Ash Wednesday on the night of Ash Wednesday, Feb. 13, from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. in Classroom 155 of the Canizaro Library.

The reading is being organized by Michael Novak and for each of the six stanzas, an image of one the paintings of his late wife Karen Laub-Novak that were inspired by the poem will be displayed for contemplation.

The reading will be introduced with a short talk by AMU literature professor Michael Raiger, and a discussion will follow.
