AMU was playing without one of their leading scorers, Carey Fullilove, for the second straight game. She broke a finger in the team's win over College of the Bahamas and Coach Bob Batson said she had surgery on the finger Friday. He said he hoped she would be able to return to the lineup within the next few weeks.

The team's next game is Saturday on the road against Trinity College.
